Corinth

Lake-close, I-35 quick, and quietly one of the best-positioned spots in the county.

Corinth sits in that sweet geographic pocket where you’re ten minutes from Lewisville Lake, a straight shot down I-35E to DFW, and still tucked far enough off the highway to forget it’s there. It’s the kind of location that does a lot of quiet work for you — short commute north to Denton, south to the Metroplex, and water access most people associate with towns twice the price.

The lay of the land

The city threads between Lake Dallas and Denton, with established tree-lined streets on the east side and newer pockets filling in toward the lake. Lake Sharon Drive and Corinth Parkway are the main arteries, and most of daily life runs along them.

What anchors it

North Central Texas College’s Corinth campus, easy trail access toward the lake, and a steady run of local spots along the parkway. For the bigger grocery-and-errands haul, you’re minutes from both Denton and Highland Village.

The market read

Corinth is largely built-out, so inventory leans toward resale rather than new construction — which means when something well-positioned hits the market here, it tends to move. If you want lake proximity without the Flower Mound price tag, this is the value play.
