LSA Burger Co.. Burgers cooked to order off chef-inspired recipes, hand-cut fries, and a rooftop over the Square. Denton locals and UNT students agree on almost nothing — they agree on this.
RG Burgers & Grill. Rene and Manmeet Schober opened here in August 2007 to make a genuinely gourmet burger — USDA-inspected beef on a sweet sourdough bun. They were doing it right before craft burger was a phrase.
Slap Burger Bar. Downtown’s late-night build-your-own burger bar on Ave A. Bold sauces and hours that match the Fry Street crowd. The Fire Breather alone is worth the trip.
